Attorney Steven A. Harris
Steven Harris has helped individuals throughout the State of Alabama get justice for their injuries and get awarded Social Security benefits. He practices extensively in both the Alabama State Court and the Federal Court systems.
Mr. Harris practices mainly in the areas of Social Security, personal injury, and defective products. He represents clients in courts throughout the State of Alabama and places particular emphasis on obtaining the best possible outcome, while also reducing the stress on the client and making the legal process as informative as possible for them as well.
Mr. Harris is originally from Jefferson County, Alabama. He attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham for undergraduate school and after that attended Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2007. He is licensed to practice in all Alabama State Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama.
Mr. Harris is also a member of the Alabama Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, the Central and North Alabama Better Business Bureau, and the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce. He founded the law firm with the hopes of allowing more people access to legal representation.
Mr. Harris prides himself in being available for any questions that potential clients may have. He can do all consultations over the phone or via video conference and can be available almost anytime during the day by appointment.
Attorney John Tyler Winans
Attorney John Tyler Winans proudly represents injured families in the areas of dog bite litigation, vehicle accidents, child injuries, and workers compensation clients in and around Montgomery County, Alabama. He is committed to helping families through the most difficult times in their lives. Mr. Winans can meet you in our Prattville or Montgomery office, or even come by your home to meet you in person if you are unable to drive. He is always available for a quick consultation over the phone if that is more convenient for you as well.
Mr. Winans was born and raised in Texas. After finishing school in South Texas, he attended Sul Ross State University. While there, he received his B.S. in Business Administration. Later he attended Jones School of Law in Montgomery, AL and received his Juris Doctorate (JD) degree before passing the Alabama State Bar Exam.
Mr. Winans is a proud member of the Montgomery Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. Tyler is known to compete in professional rodeos in Montgomery and throughout the State of Alabama from time to time and is a real-life cowboy in his personal time. Attorney Rebecca Lee
Rebecca Lee proudly represents clients vehicle accidents, premises liability matters, child injuries, and other personal injury matters in and around Morgan & Madison County, Alabama. She can meet for a consultation in either our Decatur or Huntsville offices anytime. Being a Huntsville native, and Grissom High Graduate, Ms. Lee is especially committed to serving the families in Huntsville and the surrounding areas of Madison County.
Ms. Lee attended undergraduate school at Florida State University, where she was SGA Class President before obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Communication. While there, she also served as a cheerleader for the Florida State Seminoles and was an active member of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi. After leaving Florida State University, Ms. Lee obtained her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama where she was awarded the NAACP Outstanding Young Professional Award.
She is a member of many civic organizations that positively impact the lives of families in North Alabama. Ms. Lee worked on the Lawyer Voices for Survivors Task Force on Human Trafficking focused on conducting outreach, increasing awareness, and providing free legal services. She also is a member of the Madison County Bar Association and the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program. Her outgoing personality, depth of legal knowledge, and passion to help others is infectious.
Attorney David E. Miller Jr.
David E. Miller has been fighting for individuals and their families for over twenty-five years mainly in the areas of Personal Injury, Nursing Home Abuse, Mass Torts, Social Security, Probate & Estates, and Products Liability. Mr. Miller has successfully advocated for clients in need of all types of litigation across the State of Alabama, including obtaining a favorable verdict in his first solo jury trial mere weeks after obtaining his law license.
David has tried, mediated, and appealed numerous cases throughout Alabama and has even taught many continuing legal education courses over his lengthy legal career. While he has experience in handling a broad range of matters – including civil litigation, Family Law, and Probate matters – David primarily focuses on representing injured individuals and families get the compensation they deserve.
Mr. Miller graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a Bachelors Degree in Business, before obtaining his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. In college, David was a leader, ultimately serving as President of the Student Government Association. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, and in the Southern, Middle, and Northern Divisions of the United States Federal District Court.
David was born in Mountain Brook, Alabama and still resides in the Birmingham area with his family. He enjoys time with his family, photography, and long distance running.
Attorney Julia Collins
For over a decade, Attorney Julia Collins has been fighting for families mainly in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, and Bankruptcy. Mrs. Collins has successfully fought for families across the State of Alabama, including obtaining debt relief for thousands of individuals through the United States Bankruptcy Courts.
Although Mrs. Collins has experience in handling a broad range of matters – including civil litigation, family law, probate, business law, and criminal matters – in recent years she has primarily focused on fighting for injured families and helping individuals with crushing debt file for relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
Mrs. Collins grew up in the Montgomery and Autauga County areas, graduating from Booker T Washington Magnet High School. After high school, Julia attended Auburn University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in English and minors in both Education and German. She received her law degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, Autauga County Bar Association, and in the Middle and Northern Divisions of the United States Federal District Court.
Julia currently resides in Autauga County with her husband, three children, and her two dogs, Chase & Roosevelt. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching college football. In her spare time, Mrs. Collins enjoys spending time in her craft room doing crochet, sewing, and working on embroidery projects.
